Complaint on express line

An employee of the store was in the express line with over 60 items with 10 ten customers was behind her with 10 items or less not fair and everyone was complaining the employee stated so what I'm off the clock REALLY

shoA perfectly good credit card not authorized for purchase. None of the methods of contact work it seems that they are out of business now.
