I wish I had seen all these bad reviews before ordering from them!. They sent old, expired food and some items were damaged due to poor packaging:. They don't answer the phone or emails.. By online chat they said they would issue a refund and send a new item'. Received nothing.. Also, they say free shipping and then half way through the check-out process they hit you with a shipping surcharge:. Based on all the other bad reviews I have now seen everywhere, this is not an occasional problem but commonplace:.

I suggest you also file a complaint with the BBB and your credit card company".
