I ordered an item from eFood Depot. Three weeks later the item had not arrived, nor had I received any communication from them even though they had my email address and phone number. Of course the PayPal payment had gone through immediately so they had my money, but I did not have the items I had ordered.

I sent them an email which was not replied to, so I started a dispute with PayPal and sent them an email canceling the order. The very next day they sent me a shipping notification even though I had cancelled the order.

Do not deal with this company - I see there have been a lot of complaints posted online about their service. 35b3f5d

The very same thing happened to me , as I canceled the order and they refunded , but then charged again and shipped the oreder . I called and spoke to a rep 6 times and they still got it wrong . They are thieves ...
